ADSelfService Plus registration intructions

Before using ADSelfService Plus to unlock your account or reset your password, you must first complete the one-time registration process.  Please follow the directions below to complete the registration process:

1.  Navigate to the IT page on the Intranet: http://intranet/it/

2.  Click on the lock button: 

3.  Enter your current Windows user name and password and click Login:

4. Click User Registration from the left menu:

5.  Select the questions and answers to the security questions and click Next:

Once you receive the successful enrollment message, you may close the browser.
